Tuesday's Trib and a Bulletin on the Special 8

Note the article in the Tribune says the builder wants to build 12 homes but he is still trying for a minimum of 15 and he has tried for as many as 46 townhomes. Please tell anyone that says 12 is not so bad it is really 15 and that he would really like 46 townhomes there.

I have just learned that there will probably be a vote by the County board/Forest Preserve Commissioners on the Saving the Special 8 within 10 days. Everyone that has planned to write to the County Board Members/Forest Preserve District Commissioners should do it this week. And as they say in Chicago ... "Vote or in this case write early and often!" You may send the County Board an email. The attachment has their email address if you click on their names.
