The article on the Save the Special 8 effort in today's (1/16) Chicago Tribune is posted above. NOTE, the developer remains interested in the parcel. We need to watch over the site to be sure no changes to the parcel are made to attempt to increase it's resale value. See the next steps in the attachment and who we should call if there are suspicious activities on the site.
